AUSTIN, Texas — IntraFi has been honored with the coveted Five*Star Award presented by the Independent Bankers Association of Texas (IBAT). The financial services company was recognized on June 27 as part of the 40th Annual Connecting Leaders Conference in Galveston, the flagship event of the IBAT Leadership Division.

Since 2002, IBAT’s Five*Star Award has recognized associate members that consistently provide excellent service and innovative solutions to help community banks grow, enhance profits and gain efficiency. To be in consideration for the Five*Star Award, an associate member must demonstrate a commitment to the community banking industry through its participation in IBAT and other industry events. IBAT member banks then vote to determine the winner in each of three tiers, which are determined by company size. Criteria used to determine the winners included service excellence, human relationships, integrity, commitment to the community banking industry and exceptional value to the banks they serve.

Chosen by more than 3,000 financial services companies, IntraFi is the #1 provider of reciprocal deposit solutions. Established over 20 years ago, the company’s network connects institutions of all sizes, enabling participants to strengthen customer relationships, increase lending capacity and efficiently manage liquidity. IntraFi’s services offer access to tens of billions of dollars in funding, the industry’s highest per depositor and per-bank capacity and the confidence to execute large-dollar placements with ease and security.

“IBAT’s Five*Star Award winners are outstanding examples of the true spirit of community banking and the ongoing commitment to strengthening this great industry,” said Christopher Williston, IBAT President and Chief Executive Officer. "They provide invaluable counsel and support to Texas community banks as they work to deliver exceptional service to their customers. We are proud to celebrate these companies who help make the IBAT family great.”
